RETURN POLICY

You can return your order within 7 days upon receipt after you obtained your package, provided that the product is in original condition and has all labels. The product must be in perfect condition, it may not have been used or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not accepted in our quality control. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you as a customer to ship the goods back to where it was downloaded.

Soulosofie is not responsible for any damage caused in the return shipment, therefore, send returned well packaged if the goods need to be sent. When it comes to ordering goods / order goods ordered be reserved to you or discounted goods does not apply to open purchase / withdrawal.

Contact Soulosofie immediately on info@soulosofie.com and include clear pictures of the defective product.

DAMAGE

Important: Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery, alt when you collect your goods in our warehouse. For goods with visible external shipping damage should be able to be claimed, the damage must be noted on your bill of lading from the shipping company in connection with the receipt. Ask driver alt personnel at the warehouse noting the damage and sign. At any shipping damage, contact info@soulosofie.com urgently. Include in the email, clear images of the damage and the possibly damaged packaging and indicate in the email your order number. For us to be able to complain about the damage against our belt, we need to notify transport damage to the debtor within 1-3 days. Goods must have been visible before they are taken from the warehouse. Shipping damage is not reported by the own transport.
